On April i walked into Mercedes Benz in Klerksdorp with excitement of buying a new A Class 180 AMG. a gentleman called Dwayne Stydom helped me with quotes& informed me, i can only get the car in October End as they have to order for me& the car is in demand, which i believed 'cause i called all the GP dealers& all were saying the car is coming in Jan. i then payed my dep to order the car, and waited for 6months. October came and gone still no car, but the guy kept saying its coming latest 14th Nov. On 15th Nov furious as i was for being to i went to the dealer, and the Manager Mrs Priscilla Bhoola apologized on his behalf, & told me that the same morning she fired him as I'm not the first customer to complain, but the guy was still there. i demanded my deposit back with interest. Then she offered me a deal on a C200 dat was on the floor. i waited in her office 2hr for her to work out dat deal so i can decide, the deal seemed fair with my 60 000 dep for that car, then finance application redone again& approved. on 21 Nov i called to confirm collection on 22 Nov, then the Manager told me the deal provided to me last Fday, the trade in amount is a mistake. i must pay 42000 more
