Mercedez Benz Durban has pathetic client service!!

You spend almost R300 000 and get pathetic service in return! The F and I Kavitha did not assist me with my finance application at all. She tried one bank and one bank only. Never returned any if my calls, never supported the sales person on the deal. After one bank declined she just left it and never got back to me. I had to keep calling her. Out of desperation to secure the deal I called ALL the major banks, did my own finance application, sent my own documents and went through all the stress and hard work to get it approved on my own. Finally on my approval I had to continue doing everything myself. I called the Manager Herman to complain and he said he will get back to me within a few hours. 3 days later I haven't heard from him!!! My car needs to be transported from durban to cape Town, the sales guy mark promised the bank my cars on a truck Tuesday. Today's Wednesday still not on a truck. I asked him for trucking company details he refuses to send it!!! I'm forced to arrange trucking on my own to ensure my car gets to me coz the procrastination on their side is pathetic! This after I paid them R6000 to arrange delivery of my vehicle. The way they do business disgusts me!!!
