If I had the power to change the Mercedes Benz slogan I would change it to the worst or nothing. I bought a 2013 B class in August 2012 and barely a year and less than 20 000km I have taken the vehicle back for fixing 5 times. From the year I have driven the car for less than a year. The most interesting part is when you take back the car you are offered a trade in deal or they offer you special Mercedes is running which is at 4999 per month in the press and all over. Because my contract was structure on a deposit and without a residual value Mercedes offer me the 4999 deal at less 400 the installment (my current installment is 7300) I am paying for a car without residual. They act as they are really there to help but instead they are looking at a way to milk you.
I am seeking arbitration on this case as Mercedes is using me as a dumping ground for a vehicle they failed on their workmanship. As we speak I have a query open with them and they have asked their dealer to give me a deal which is the one I have explained above. Even the greatest dummy person won't take deal.
The case number open is 4651995 and Arnold Settler was dealing with it and with the solution as above.
