Only big jobs are important at Windovert

After numerous quotes, I paid the 50% deposit for Windovert to do a job at my home on the 14th of August. Almost a week later, Cason called me to tell me that I had paid the incorrect deposit (why was this not picked up on the 14th when I sent the proof of payment through?)I explained to Cason that he had sent me two quotes, one directly after the other, with the same text in the email, and that I had assumed that the second quote was the correct one and paid the deposit based on that. Cason told me that he would never have done that, and that I just didn't understand the quoting system or products, and that it was my mistake, not his. After telling him that we no longer wanted to deal with him, and requesting a refund, I decided to call Windovert and ask to speak to his manager to complain. When my call was returned, it was Cason, to tell me that his manager (Etienne) was far too busy with bigger jobs to deal with my issue and that I would have to deal with him (Cason) instead, which I obviously was not prepared to do. I finally received an email yesterday apologising, after Cason actually checked his emails and discovered that I was correct. Too little, too late.
