So it took 1 day to get a package from the U.K to O.R Tambo International, it takes another 2 days to send me an invoice for duties, which I have still not yet received. I phone the DHL express contact center and 3 times did someone answer and then hang up the phone.
Every time I phone someone states that they will email me the invoice so that I can pay and my package can be delivered. About 4 different people have said that they will phone me back. I have received 0 (ZERO) call back or emails.
I paid a lot of money to make use of an Express service, yet the package is taking exactly the same time to be delivered as it would have taken with normal airmail. I would have understood if there was a hold up with the package at customs, but this is not the case. Nobody is willing to help me it seems!!!
