DHL Express was contacted on 10/08 to send an urgent document to Livingstone, Zambia and I was expected to pay the premium price for the express service to be delivered before 12h00 the following day as promised.
Upon tracking the delivery on the morning of 13/08 the expected delivery day I noticed that the item was not yet delivered. I confirmed this as the recipient called to inform me that the parcel was not yet received on their end.

I have contacted DHL express on 0860 345 000 and neither Michael not Hulisani was able to confirm where my parcel was and if it was delivered by 12h00 on the 13/08/2013.

Its now 13h50 on the 13/08/2013 and I still have not received confirmation if the item was delivered as yet.
DHL is an International company and a clear process gap is highlighted. Total lack of service, support or feedback.

This just proves that they are certainly not the benchmark company they so aspire to be.
