This Parcel 284789020 of mine has been at customs for over a week - everytime i phone they say it will be cleared they can't hurry the process which i understand, but after a week i found out CUSTOMS needed specific documentation to clear this parcel.
No one at TNT as informed me of this in the past week - only that the payment is due which i paid over a week ago.
This is not an express service - i want my money back for express and also an explanation who is responsible for any feedback or queries customs might have.
I am running a business and deadlines must be met when choosing a paying for a courier service especially express.
