I called the call centre and i wanted to check the progress on a parcel of mine which was suppose to be delivered but the delivery man did not arrive and i wasnt notified of the reason as to why it wasnt delivered.
The Parcel was suppose to arrive of Friday 15 November 2013. I spoke to Ramone Ruiter the night shift manager and he guaranteed me that it will be delivered with the saturday Delivery and well suprise suprise no delivery and no call.
I called the RAM call centre on 011 977 5000 and someone answered and before i could finish my sentence i was rudely transferred the next person that answered to me their name and as soon as i started explaining my problem they just hung up.
RAM Staff has proven to be unreliable and very very unprofessional.
I still havent recieved my parcel and havent been contacted either.
