I took my car in for an oil light that was a oil light that was switching on,

- it took them two weeks for a quote
- I had to phone them a few times a day to pressure them into action
- They never returned my phone calls after they promised to do so
- Had to start renting a car on an ad hoc basis
- Refused to give me a timeline

Got a quote to replace the oil pump for R15k after two weeks
- Accepted it because I thought it would be the fastest way to get my car back
- Once again refusal to give me a time estimate
- Logged a complaint, still have not heard from their department (CRM8000001513, Edgar Chinian)
- Promised to fix my car on the 30th only received it back on the 14th
- They broke my water pump while putting it back extra R4k I had to pay

Five weeks later, got my car today, no apology no discount. Just a fake smile and content.
