From monday the 11th nov, i have been sending complaints to the big boy headoffice about the problems that i have on my bike, after having helpful feed back for Marianette we finally got a reply from the dealer, after nothing but to protect himself i am still sitting with the problem, the bike is not even 1 month old yet, and i feel that if a customer complains that you sort that customer out and fix whatever problem he has, not that their should have been any problem to start of with. i would have been happy if the dealer told me to come back and he will fix everything, but seeing that he is now just trying to cover his, i want a new bike!!! i feel that after all the torment that i have recieved and been called a that this is not that way to talk to a customer first of all and how can you tell customer that they are the reason for the problems that have been found. i want this matter to sorted out today!
