I took my car into thorp plumstead to have my car serviced. Two weeks later I had to return my car to the dealer to point out the noise I was hearing by my front left wheel and my engine light that had appeared. The the wheels pully then had to be replaced and the engine light was deactivated. The light reappeared the next week I had to take my car back and it was then kept because the cylinder head needed to be replace. This then took 4 weeks to be replaced. I contacted various service departments to find out the time period for this to be replaced and I was told 5 days. I then had to get the principle dealer involved as I was not offered a courtesy car and was then going to be stranded for the period of time that my car was in the workshop. After I got the principle dealer involved I was then given a courtesy car. I got my car back on the 25.09. On the 27th I was stranded again without my car as something is now draining the battery of the car and I no need to jump start the car...
Please note that this is after paying nearly R20000 towards a car that was perfectly fine before it needed to go in for my 135000 service. An the car has a complete service history at thop n1 city.
