I have a ford fiesta. i took it in to ben morgenrood because the power stering pump light came on, on the dashboard and then my car just cut out so i told the people what is wrong and that they must check my powerstering pump. So during the day they called my and sed its because of my battery and they need to replace my battery and then the problem is fixed so i give them the go ahead and they say my back brake pads is almost finished and they must replace it. this visit at BMR cost me R2000.00 . A week later i found my car is giving the same problem so i took it back again and tell them they must look at my power stering pump. They foned me and sed i can cum and collect my car its fixed so a assumed that it was fixed. Exactly 2 weeks after i got my car then the same problem occured.so i took my car back for the 3rd time and what did they do??? didnt fix the problem they have just added new gearbox oil and they told me the car is right so i collected my car. ONE WEEK later on the 12/01/2013 my car gave the same problem again. i will nevet take my car there again they have me 3 times in a row
