I booked two phones about two weeks ago, and was promised a quote before the end of the day, after a week I phoned and asked nicely, and after numerous phone calls and every phone call ending with 'I will call you back" and was never phoned back only after a shouting match with all the employees there I received about one, and that could't get them to send me a quote to any of the given 3 e-mail adresses, and when finally the one phone was established to be a warrenty issue, was promised telephonically that the phone would be ready Friday the 11th of January, I went in the 14th and no one could tell me what was going on with the phone nor where it was and had to leave there with the manager saying he did not give a about my phone and can't tell me when it will me ready, they will phone me, like they phoned me back on all my other calls I presume?? This is in my books utterly poor service and unbeleiveable that a manager can be that incompetant.
