I wanted a pump installed to pump water from the river where I live to water the garden via the sprinkler system. He came a quoted me R8.500.00, plus R2200.00 to fix up the existing irrigation system. A job which should have taken 2 or 3 day dragged on for a month. He bought the wrong pump, refused to give me back my R4500.oo deposit, so Eventually I just kept the pump. He removed a lot of my sprinker system and put up 2 big sprayer heads, but about 30 pipes with sprinker heads on, which cost around R70.00 each. He never returned them and didnt complete the job, he tried several times to get me to give him the pump, to exchnage, to test etc, but I refused as this was my only collatrial for the deposit I had paid, shortly after that he abandoned the project. He did not know what he was doing, from buying the wrong pump to disconnection lines in my irrigation system, he was completely and utterly useless, and cost me a lot of time and effort.
