My car broke down and I was told to send my car to Buddy Motors. This Chris guy contacted me and told me the problem and send me a quote. I asked him how long it will take, he told me not more than a week. I accepted the quote and he start work. The week passed and when I did not hear from him, I phoned and was told that he is having problems finding the parts, for a Hyundai in JHB/PTA? This kept on for 6 weeks! I had to get a lawyer to call him to get my car, because they refuse to answer the phone/emails and we send our son in JHB to go and check if the car is still there, because we live in Kroonstad, and then he replaced parts that was not on the quote. When I picked up my car, I just went around the corner and the oil light came on. I went back and he forgot to tighten the oil pump nuts. I had to go back after a 1000km, the nuts and bolts had to be fasten. I told him that the car is leaking oil and smoking. When we picked up the car, he was not there, and the car was still the same. They not want to take our calls or respond to emails, for the car is still under quarentee. We had to take the car to a Hyundai dealer to get fixed. Money in the water. Carefull, stay away.!
