Poor Service and Rip off

Back ground to by car. Rav4 2, 2 diesel, 2006 5 door. The car was imported from the UK (hence the VIN is not applicable to SA) and Purchased it in SA in 2013 as 2nd hand. Took my car for a service at melrose, friendly service. Toyoya let me know, AFTER they seriviced my car, that i need new water pump, Quote approx R4200. fine. Told Liesel to handle admin with the warranty. On my way back from the service, oil light came on, they have't put adequate oil into the engin! The technician was trying to spin me stories as he put an additional 1, 5L of oil into my car (which they apologised for). When I saw again, Liesel submitted a qoute of R6898 for the water pump. Asked why more? No they thought that my car was a petrol, even AFTER they serviced it (sneaky suspicion that they now knew I had a warranty), just the Labour on the quote now came to almost R4k! Killarney Toyota quoted approx R4500 for everything. So you make up your own mind. Happy servicing people.
