I have Purchased a Vehicle from Inspectacar Edenvale on the 20th of July 2013. Everything went smoothly until the 3rd of August 2013.08.07 I took my car into Tiger wheel and Tyre, in Richards Bay, for a wheel alignment, as the car was pulling to the left. The removed the tyres and informed me that I need to change the front tires due to wear.
I contacted Inspectacar Edenvale and they informed me that they will need to investigate.
On Monday the 05th of August 2013, I was contacted by Natie, he informed me that he did receive my mail and he is busy with the investigation.
On the 06th of August 2013, he contacted me and informed me that they will only repay me R2500, as the AA 101 check showed that the tires are right. I paid R3038 per Tyre.
This garage has their own Consumer People. So this meaning, if you have a complaint, you are. They can sell you a car in any condition they want, and you can not do anything about it. I mean, any car needs to be road worthy for at least 3 months. I had my car for two weeks and they told me that it's my problem.
Please be careful about them.
