So Saturday the 22th of June 2013 i go into tiger wheel to have two new tires put on our audi TT value abt R7000.Neways i know the vehicle and it does not do high millage and we'v jus had 2 new rims put on as, We'v previously had this same problem with supa tyres and since then dont deal with them. They changed the tyres& damaged the rims with several scratches, when i showed the guy i was dealing with Riaan, they claimed no responsibilty. The manager took his photos and blamed it on stone chips and the bumps on the road and all sorts of excuses. Today I took a spare rim to go fit a tyre on jus as a spare. I made it a point to go through the rim with salesman and inspect that there was only one small scratch on the rim and the rest of it was in perfect condition. The saleman got his guys change the tyre. before leaving i checked the rim myself and instantly 2 more scratches then it had. When i showed the salesman he laughs and says o he didnt see it he was standing with the guy fitting the tyre. he had no answer for me for how the 2 scratches appeared and offered no solution. The guy who fitted the rim blamed the bumps on the road and stone chips. Clearly that excuse is rehearsed!!!
