My car settlement was not paid timeously

I purchase a vehicle from Inspectacar Lifestyle Motors Centurion. The settlement on my vehicle was R190567.67 . Inspectacar offered me R150 000.00 for my Dodge calibre and added the R40 000.00 to the price of the Mercedes Benz. I signed the contract on the 1/08/2013, handed my car to Inspectacar and took delivery of the Mercedes Benz. Inspectacar did not settle the amount and a payment was deducted from my banking account on the 1-08-2013 and Julie Rossouw informed me that Inspectacar would refund me for the instalment.

On the 1st September 2013 I received a phone call from MFC informing me that my September payment did not come off my account. I informed them that I stopped the stop order as the car was traded in to Inspectacar. I then requested a settlement figure which reflects the payment made in August 2013 (this amount was to be refunded to me by Inspectacar ad promised by Julie Rossouw).

I sent an e-mail to Julie and Inspectacar settled the amount of R183151.83 as the installment I made in August 2013 was deducted.. I checked with MFC and there is still an outstanding amount of R5196.15. Inspectacar will not pay the settlement or refund me my installment
