I am very much disappointed, I saw this special for a Juke and put an enquiry. The response was prompt, we started the process of the finance the 17 October, after it was approved only then I'm told that they have no stock available. The car only arrived on the 8th November, and that was great news to me after the long wait. While I waited 4 days to sign my contract, only now it was brought to my attention that terms and conditions have been changed by Wesbank and the price has now increased and the periods terms shorten. This is so unfair that you have to wait this long only to be disappointed at a later stage.
I'm very much inconvenienced and angry, after all the running around trying to fix the paper work. I used my money for transport to run around, and gonna be charged for bank statements that are now useless.
