I took my car in to Toyota Culemborg to check the petrol system after petrol was out of my car at Canal Walk. (Another complaint altogether)
They found nothing wrong and when I went to collect my vehicle, I found it washed (which I did not ask for) and the driver's window broken, a fault I got repaired about two months ago. (With pirate parts as Toyota was far too expensive) The window was in a working order when I left my car with them.
I took it back asking if they would repair it, seeing as they broke it, and they said it's not their responsibility and I should take it back to where I got it fixed.
I would let this slide if I asked them to wash my car or do anything else to it, aside from checking the petrol system, but as I did not ask them for anything more, I hold them responsible for the damage to my vehicle.
