Greater than Excellent Service

After a negative experience with the service from Nissan Menlyn, my enquiry and interest in the Nissan Juke was allocated to Global Nissan Hatfield. This was in February 2013. Brandon van Wyk contacted me and arranged a test drive. From there the challenge started, if I can call it that, in what we usually experience with sales in South Africa. My employer at that stage wanted to purchase the vehicle but some challenges arose within the company and it was placed on hold. Brandon just NEVER gave up. Quality service and excellent customer relationships is what was driving him. It is 5 months down the line, my Juke was delivered on Friday 26 July. No matter what hold-ups there were since February, Brandon kept on following up. Once I decided to buy it about a week ago, he still did not stop to go out of his way to get the vehicle here even before the scheduled time, collecting it, arranging everything in perfect order, the signing of contract and having everything in place. If I had to rate the service from a 1 to 10 [10 being outstanding] I will rate it 11. The service quality, commitment, friendliness and professionalism is of exceptional standard. Thank you Brandon.
