In 2012 I brought new Nissan Juke Acenta great service from Len new business sales manager.
In 2013 I wanted to trade my car in for bigger X Trail that they had on the floor and contacted Hennie Potgieter used car sale man.
I gave him all my detail on the Juke and even had to request the settlement on my car and mailed that to him.
Usually the dealers request this themselves.
Then a week later not hearing anything from Hennie I received email from them:
Dear Quentin
regrettably we here at Northwest Nissan were not able to assist you with your enquiry.
Sincerely
northwest Nissan
Nissan you have lost a customer.
I have brought VW and Toyota before this is the first time I ever got treated like this not acceptable.
