Poor client care and relation!!!

Bought a brand new NISSAN JUKE 1.6 Acenta in December 2013. The car permit has expired 3 times because as they have informed me "the traffic department has a backlog" No communication whatsoever has been done by the dealer. I have been going there almost every 5 days. I went to the dealer last week on 29 January 2014 and they confirmed that the registration has been done and they have received my documents, but they search the whole building and they could not find them. Till today no one has called me as they had promised. I am so disappointed with their service and no one in my family, work place, or anywhere I have influence will ever use NISSAN Gezina.
This is unacceptable
