I had an accident with my 2012 Nissan Juke Expression (L) the car has been with the repair agent for more than a week and they still can't get an ETA date for a front shock???!!! How can an international company like Nissan a.)not have parts readily available for a brand new car and b.) not even provide a e.t.a. on the part in 7 days???!!!
