At the end of October I bought a new Nissan Juke 1.5 dCi from your branch and would like to commend you on the service I received from your salesman Mr. Stewart Harrison.
I met Stewart in August but was not ready to buy at that stage. Due to the fact that he did not try to push me into a sale when I was not ready I made the commitment to him to approach him when I was ready.
At the end of October I decided it was time and contacted Stewart again to arrange it. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the process without effort. I really appreciated the attention that he afforded me when I needed assistance and he gave me regular updates on the status of the sale as we went through the process.
Not once was it necessary for me to follow up or approach him with questions because he made sure that I was up to date and he covered all the bases.
For the fact that it was both my birthday and the first time I ever bought a brand new car, he made the experience effortless, enjoyable and special.
I would recommend him to anyone that wishes to buy a car since his service was superb.
