I renew my membership on the 17th Sept. & book a low-bed for 9h00 on the 18th, to take my car to the service centre. Because the truck only arrived at 10h30 and I missed my spot in the queue at the garage. The service centre told me they need my car by 9h30 the latest & that they needed the car for 3 days & I would have it on Friday afternoon. They could only start working on the car on Thurs 19th., due to this, I did not have a motor vehicle from the since the 18th Sept. and the entire long weekend. We had to use taxis, tuk-tuks needless to say which cost an absolute fortune. I was asked to produce all the info from tuk-tuk & taxi companies on monies spent, which I forwarded to them. Was told they are going to send gift basket, free membership for a year and refund monies for all inconvenience suffered. Today is almost 2 months later and not a call or an e.mail.
