I joined the AA last week. I needed my car towed that weekend. I was told that it can only be towed once I get my membership number as that would mean that my membership is active. I then get an email this morning to say my membership will only be active on 1 October! Now I am sitting with a car that you guys won't tow! I'm beginning to question why I joined since I am already been let down and haven't even been a member for a month!
