My daughter bought a Polo 1.4 from the VW The Glen last year Oct 12, since sept 13, the car has gone in 4 times for overheating and I am told that the understand my frustration and we should continue to monitor the car- So in the meantime I must take a chance for my daughter to drive a defective car without peace of mind- is this VW customer service solution - they have not identified what is the cause of the problem but we are to monitor till it happens - the car is now rowdy and it feels like it is a secondhand car purchased. Absoluletly discgusting you pay for a brand nee car and experience all these defaults and no one can assist us - to rectify the situation -
No one would want their child to drive a defective car, but as I had explained neither the Customer Service or the branch manager can give us solution to our problem- On the last incident the water bottle seal was sealed with sealant to ensure this
