VERY BAD SERVICE

I bought a brand new Chevrolet captivia a few months ago and when it reached 23000 km i had a small problem the car didn't want to start and the management light went on. I then called the 24 hour assist that reeds said they have because its a brand new vehicle with all the plans and warranty's. This happened on Friday afternoon about PM i logged the call they told me they gonna send out a tow truck to pick up the car. Iasked if they don't have a technician to check out the car they said no it needs to come in and there is no courtesy car they must first the car then i can get a warranty car. They took the car to Isuzu truck centre and that was that no one called me to say whats gonna happen with my car now. The Saturday morning at 10:00 i call them i spoke to the service consultant to find out that reeds motor group don't work on weekend!!!The service consultant tells me sir u just have to wait till Monday my whole weekend because of reeds motor group bad service. So please dont buy at reeds motor group because if your car brakes on a weekend there is no one to fix it but there is someone to sell a car to u on a weekend.
