Absolute lack of service from Hyundai

Last Week Thursday the 25th I bought I new I30 and traded in my current car.
I started phoning them on Monday 29th to find out when will the car be settled and when will I get my money back. Tuesday I phoned again left message after message with the lady that answers the phone Neither Portia or Jaco came back to me on any of the occasions that I left a message on Thursday the 2nd of May I got really fed up and went there 1st thing in the morning. After waiting around for 30minutes I eventually got to see some one got promised it will be addressed the same day nothing happens no one calls me back. I complained on the Hyundai SA Face book page get told that I must send a email and they will address it still nothing happened. Thursday afternoon I phoned the customer complaints department at Head office and spoke to a nice chap Bradley he was patient listened to me and phoned the dp Jaco at alberton. He promised to phone me back in the morning and give me feedback.
Since I have traded my car in I has been 8 days the car is already for sale at the dealership but nothing has been given back to me.
I have had absolute poor service from Hyundai alberton.
