We are VERY UNHAPPY with the service of KIA service centre. We sent in>our vehicle on the 15 March 2013 for the 30 000km service when my husband>went to collect the vehicle they had no documentation (invoice) to give>us as they had order the wrong oil for my car. They asked us if they>could email it to us we said no problem gave them our email address. Till>today we have not received any documentation from them 3 April phoned>them left a message for the manager to phone me which he did not. 4 April>phone again couldn't speak to him again left message again he phoned me>back, then he got an indian lady to phone which she explained to me that>it was not her that help on that day, at this stage I don't care who>help us or not. First of all when they check to see if my car came in for>a service there was nothing on computor. SO did my car get a>service? Manager phoned me but didn't get hold of me he left a>message that he would phone me back STILL waiting! I have a prepaid>phone can't keep battling to try and get answers and they DON'T CARE!
