Good Day,

Last week, i have sent in a complaint to hello peter, and vodacom phoned me the next day and Rochelle told me to go book in my phone and send her my job number detail and, and... i took the phone in last week Friday the 22nd of Feb 2013. i came to work on Monday and i replied to her email with all the details she has asked me for... yesterday Thursday the 28th of Feb she phoned me and told me she is still awaiting all my details. i told her i have replied with all my Details on Monday the 25 th of Feb and that i have proof that it was read on her side. the email address i used was [Email Removed] Rochelle told me she hasnt received anything after i told her i have proff that it was read... she then said she would phone me back yesterday Thursday the 28 th of Feb... but i'm still waiting. Later that afternoon, i got an SMS from Vodacom Repair shop in ALberton to say my handset is ready for collection... now its been the 6th time that its been in for repairs!!! how many time are they going to flippen REPAIR this PHONE??? GIVE ME A NEW! im sick of driving up and down of MISTAKES VODACOM BB makes. hello wake - up people. my alt, email is [Email Removed]
