I have bought a new Mini from SMG About 4 years ago. My car has been to service a few times and I did not notice that the wheel nut adaptor missing. However I am not blaming SMG for the missing adaptor as it could have been taken by the service department or the tyre people. I have a crises in which my agents need to help. My car is not mobile and I need to get an adaptor to remove the wheel. Furthermore the service department states that I need to buy a whole kit in order to get the adaptor. I have a jack and wheel spanner, why do I have to buy that with the adaptor. Its gone two days and the dealer wants me to bring the car to them to remove the wheel. Surely they can assist by asking me to pick up an adaptor and remove my wheel to sort the puncture and then return it back to them. There is no after sales service with these dealers. It gives BMW a bad name as well. Can you please get someone to help.
