After the huge fight with Nu-wagon, and about 4 weeks plus, I went to collect my car. Upon arrival everyone knew who I was, due to the screaming and shouting everyday at them. Needless to say, my car is still not fixed according to general standards. When I went in to collect my car, I had a video camera with me to record everything. If you don't do that, they have all sorts of stories the day after, where they turn around and say "We never said that"... so that is your best option, They may not refuse you this. Never the less, I collect my car, Kobus told me that everything was sorted, all my stuff is back and everything done. I was just eager to get my car out of there. When I inspected the car, I noticed that the spear wheel is not my car's original. My wheel spanner is gone, my radio's wires were disconnected. My USB/GPS adaptor were, my tank was drained to the last drop. All my electronics is so messed up, and when you complain to them, they send one liners as reply, I refuse to take my car back there, they will do the repairs where I can oversee them. I have requested the insurance co to tell me what to do, I will gladly take my car GM where I know things will be done!
