Have two complaints about the Neslpruit branch of Tiger Wheels. The first one is that they once did not properly fass my car wheels bouts. I was almost involved in accident because of the loose back wheel not properly fitted at this centre. When I took the car back they did not see any major problem did not even bother to investigate who did it so that it does not happen again and no apology. They asked me to go to an engineering firm to remove the bout which was broken in my wheel, instead of owning up and take the car themselves. The service is so bad in this centre whereas it is always busy because it isone of the biggest in the area, you cannot visit them less than 30 minutes before they close. This happened to me on 2 occassions including today where I needed wheel alignment and tyre balancing, the time was 12:30, and they told me that they cannot assist or they can assist with one thing, so I needed to choose between wheel alignment or balancing. They later advised me that I can only do balacing, which I did. I also bought one new tyre, they fitted the tyre and did not the tyre air cover. You could see that everyone is rushing for home and does not care about client satisfact
