My husband and I asked a bus driver which was parked at ghandhi square if the bus was passing the area we lived in, the lady driver was absolutely rude and she screamed and shouted at us and told us to footsack. She was very nasty and screamed on top of her voicea at us in front of all the aother people. I do not except dis kind of a bevahour as I travel with metro bus daily and I don't need this treatment. It happened at 3.45 and the bus route number was 240. I went to another lady inspector at ghandi by the name of Anna whilst the bus was still around and Anna did absolutely nothing to help, she was standing and chatting with another man. Where is respect and customer service. The lady driver drove one of the number 13 buses I think it was a 13A. I require an appology from this driver and from metro bus. This is unexceptable behaviou. How can metro bus serve the public with such behaviou
