Left without any service after paid

Ticket Ref. ADNL 33 and ADNL38. Mr R.C. Eksteen. I bought bus tickets for my friend to visit me over the long weekend. He had to take bus from PortShepstone @ 19H50 to Durban Arrive in Dbn @ 21H10. Take another bus @ DBN @ 22H00 to JHB. I called them the whole of Friday to confirm bus is ontime, @ 19H00 the told me the bus is late by 1 hr, he came to Dbn @ past 11. they told him to sleep on the station till the next morning! I was calling them for 3 HOURS on my phone when you get through they just drop the phone again, i tried to arrange for driver to wait in Dbn.

I tried to call their headoffice today to speak to somebody senior but when they found out it is about a complaint then suddenly ALL the senior people are out of the office. They said they will call me back but i am still waiting for them to call me back since last week Friday. I have NEVER seen such a bunch of unprofessional and uneducated people to work in a call centre. I asked them to tell me where the bus is on that time i called, they said sorry the driver and co-driver's phones are off and the GPS on the bus is not working!! Can you believe that, no wonder there's so many serious and fatal bus accidents.
