I order from Barcellos every week and I love their food. But recently since Barcellos got a new owner, there is absolute no control and service! Every time I phone now my order is 1 hour to 2 hours late, with no phone call to just tell me it is going to be late. How can you expect someone to wait 2 HOURS for food? That is absolutely pathetic and your service is to say the least. The previous time the person answering said it was the driver that was late, and I phoned 3 times, and he did not once get back to me, he finally said the owner will phone me, which also never happened. This time Vukhile answered for the order, and I gave him my number and repeated it, he sounded so annoyed that I repeated it and said I GOT IT! In fact, he did not have it, because 1 hour later I phoned him and asked where my food was, he said he tried to phone and there was no answer, because my number was wrong!! I phones him a few times and he did not phone back, only after 2 hours did he phone back and exactly at that time the driver got here. The driver gave him the fault, and he said it is the driver?! What is going on in your business?? You have absolutely NO idea what you are doing or how to run a business!
