Hi, What is it with service in this country. Once again it is me and a devilvery ordered from Kalahari. This time the delivery is done by RTT.Now they phoned me to arrange delivery. When they did arrive the first day I had to inform them that my domestic is not there as she phoned in sick so I informed the delivery guy that I will pick up the packge from them or they will have to come back the next they and he said they will come back the next day. I waited the whole day at home till 15:00 then decided to phone the RTT customer care line. I spoke to a lady who informed me that she will find out from the driver and phone me back which never happened. I phoned back at 16:00 again and the lady assured me that they were going to deliver the package at 17:00 and I ask againa if she is sure and she said yes. Well 17:00 came and went and no one arrived. This morning I phoned again and she asked me to hold on as she is going to phone the driver which I did but after a couple of minutes the phone was put down and no one contacted me back. Is this the way service is conducted?
