We ordered food from this steers on 2013/02/01 at 19:11. I even spelled the street name. After waiting for a long time I tried to phone, I phoned for almost 40 minutes with no one answering the phone or taking the phone off the hook. At 20:30 the lady who took the order phoned me with a very bad attitude accusing me sort of that the driver got lost. i asked her what is wrong with their phones. She then told me that the customers was complaining because of the drivers and they did not answer the phones. I the pointed out to her that I tried to phone them for the last 40 minutes and if she answered the phone I could have directed them to my house or picked up the food myself. she the raised her voice and said but the drivers. I told her that the problem was not the driver it was them not picking up the phone, if she picked up the phone I could have had my food by now. She then told me that they are closing now, when I asked about the food she rudely told me that they are closing now and the food is cold in any case. i asked for the owners number which she gave me but needless to say he did not answer and switched off his phone.
