Having ordered two pizzas and a desert from the st elmos rondebosch branch on the evening of Saturday 30th November 2013, they never delivered my order! After having waited for over an hour I phoned st elmos again and i asked the girl on the phone where my order was and she promised to phone the driver and then she would phone me back to inform me. She never phoned me back! I waited a further 30 min and phoned her to find out what the issue was. She told me the drivers phone was off and that she didnt phone me back as she never gt hold of the driver. I asked to speak to a manager but i was told their is no manager. When i challenged this the girl who took my order said she's the manager! Needless to say I am disgusted and will never use st elmos again!! The driver who's phone was off according to phone girl, he phoned me shortly after!
I e-mailed my complaint to st elmos later that night and they have not replied! Some staff, Joe-Lene Jones, Lana Magerman, Marco Visagie, Daniel Mboweni have read my mail but not 1 reply!
