What service???

I bought a bed at Horizon branch. On 9/3/12 Salome phones & sets a date for delivery. She tells me they will come on 12/3/12.I explain 2 her I wont be available the morning, but anything between 12 & 16:30.I also explain she must put on delivery note how 2 get 2 my house, cause I know people struggle 2 find it. She said she'll put the note & advise drivers on time. I phone 16:00 on 12/3/12, delivery still not here. Im getting worried, coz I have 2 go 2 class. Salome says the drivers just do what they want & dont follow instructions. Phones me bck in 10min & says driver will be here in 20mins. Driver still not here, phone Salome 16:45, cant get hold of her for 10mins. Phone branch, Lorraine also tries 2 phone Salome, cant get through. This is b4 17:00-they r suppose 2 work untill then. Driver phones me, struggling 2 find my house. Leaves the premises coz cant find my house. After spending about 30-45mins on MY CELL PHONE with driver, they finally delivered my bed at 18:00.Driver says no instructions were given. I looked at delivery note, NO INSTRUCTIONS ON ABOUT TIME OR DIRECTIONS.Salome DID NOT DO HER JOB.This story gets WORSE, but I dont have enough space to write. I hope Dail a Bed phones, so I can tel them
