Great dissappointment

I phoned Nandos Yeoville branch today at 21:06. At 22:16 I had still not got my order and when I phoned back I was told the driver was here and my phone was off so I went through my gate camera footage and there no one was at my gate. The driver told the lady I spoke to that my phone was off which is not true as I made sure my phone is near me and is on. Poor service delivery has become the obvious when I make orders at this particular nandos branch as the last time the driver shouted at me for not telling him he must bring change for a R100 note for a bill of about R95.00 of which I ordered through my husbands number. Today was just the worse as I ordered food because I'm not well and had antibiotics to take of which I now took at 23:00 after eating chicken noodles because of poor service delivery. Jane was great and tried by all means to get the order to me and I feel bad she kept having to apologize for incompetent drivers. The second guy they sent "Thabo" ruined everything - He screamed I must come out and get my order else he is leaving hence I told him to leave as my husband made me noodles. That was the first call I got from a nandos driver... truly concerned consume
