We took our car to get repaired after a car accident, we were promised to recieve the car back on the 22nd of october 2013 - we are still waiting for the car. We have been calling them everyday since the 22nd and they keep promising that we will receive the car the next day. Not having a car is very inconvenient as getting to work everyday is a huge mission. Furthermore we have asked them over and over for the banking details in order to deposit the money but they keep saying they will - till today no banking details! This is completely unacceptable
