I had applied for my nephew to study with Minerals College while he was still in matric last year 2012. they requested us to pay a deposit of R2500 with the impression that the course offered was an annual course. we later found out that the course is in fact only 6 months, we did not want a six months course initially so we decided to cancel, upon our cancellation we were promised a refund of the money we paid as a deposit, this happened November 2012 and i have been communicating with them via emails and even made phone calls, all they said was they will come back to me and they never did as i kept on reminding them, till today they never pay the money as promised. they asked for my banking details and still there is no payment made. It is now May 2013 almost six months of this people promising to pay the money back and nothing has since happened. This has been a huge inconvenience as that money is suppose to pay for my nephews further education.
