I ordered two canvas's from Bubbins on the 11th December, i then contacted Tenille and asked if it would be possible to pay for over night courier as these were christmas Gifts and i wanted them before Christmas, she sent me banking details and i did the payment thinking i would recieve my canvas's. Only to phone on the day they should of arrived and was told that she had a problem with her courier and i would recieve them the following monday.
Needless to say i am still waiting for my canvas's to arrive, i have tried calling e-mailing and did not recieve a response untill two weeks ago where i was asked if i still wanted my Canvas's as there hasd been a misunderstanding with some customers thinking they would recieve 9 individual canvas's, i replied to the e-mail and said that i would still like to recieve my order and today i am still waiting and have not heard a word from them i have e-mailed and tried calling- no response.
I would like Groupon to please refund me as i do not think i will be recieving my canvas's
