I moved out of unit in November the 30th 2013 as per my notice and inspection was done the 3rd of December 2013. And I was promised that I would get my Deposit on the 21st of December the latest, because they were still waiting for November electricity bill on the 19th, even today I haven't received anything. i borrowed money because i told myself that i will be getting my money on the 21st as promised also because i was desperate to secure a place to stay.
I provided them with my banking details, did everything I had to do (moving out inspection), to avoid delay, but it seems like I'm not winning. I called their receptionist more than 4 times in different days trying to get a solution, instead I was getting different stories everyday about the lady whom i'm told she deals with deposits, and she was either out of the office, or on lunch, or on tea.
