I had two account which i was owing and I phoned JM Attonery and ask them their banking details because I wanted to settle one account and pay half on the other one so I mistakenly use the same reference on both account so all the money went to the one I was settling then the account was overpaid. I ask JM Attonery to transfere the other money on the correct account they couldn't do that so I requested them to refund me my money till today it's battle, they asked me to write a letter of which I did and fax the letter to them they claim that they didn't receive a letter they gave me their e-mail address I e-mailed the letter still they can't help. I have couple of fax numbers that I have for JM Attonery which I send the letter to them almost everday and e-mail it to them almost everyday.
Now I phoned them recently I was advised that the cheque was issued I must wait for 14 days but the 14 days passed no money was deposited to my account up until this day no paidup letter no refund. I received same story everyday that its in process its one year seven monts now JM Attonery they don't want to give my money back.
