THEY DONT LISTEN

My debit order was not deducted as my salary was 2 days late. I told almost 50 of the consultants please send me a statement via email with banking details so that i can pay the installement. everyday, the whole day a different consultant phone me to tell me i am in arrears. every time i tell them the same, send me a statement with banking details. now my account is at legal (for 1 installment in arrears) and they still dont listen... useless
I dont have the time to listen to the same old story every hour. I am busy during the day at work, after hours i spend time with my family. IF THEY WANT MONEY SEND THE STATEMENT AND THE BANKING DETAILS. ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT.
